Discover Vienna with me
on foot, in a minibus or by „Bim“ (tram) and underground. Go and see not just the highlights, such as Hofburg Palace and St. Stephen’s Cathedral, but also the hidden corners and alleyways. Listen to history from the Romans via the Habsburg dynasty through to current developments. Being a city in the heart of Europe, influences from all directions have shaped Vienna and the Viennese population over many centuries. Celts and Romans, Bavarians and Slavs, Spaniards and French, plus a great number of immigrants from all over the Austro-Hungarian Monarchy. The influx into Vienna from a variety of countries in search of work or fleeing the chaos of war continues to this day. The Viennese are therefore a true culture mix. The numerous newcomers have influenced the mentality, music, art and architecture and, of course, Viennese cuisine in the course of history.
In addition to the tours on foot, I also offer tours in Vienna by public transport. Furthermore, small groups travel exclusively in a minibus with driver and guide. And, should you be on your way by coach, I will be pleased to accompany you on a city tour by bus.
The guided tours are mostly conducted by myself. I have guided guests in Vienna and the surrounding area with great pleasure for more than twenty years. Should I not be available on your desired date, a chosen colleague of mine who like myself is very well trained and has the corresponding qualification will take care of you.
Choose your desired guided tour. Since these are private guided tours for you and your group, it is easily possible to adjust them to your needs. We are flexible both in terms of speed and of the program. Just tell me about your special wishes right when booking already.
Enjoy Vienna with your personal guide and take lasting memories back home!
